1. This offer of accommodation is part of a very special marketing programme and is only valid for the persons and party size noted in the written confirmation letter. You will receive a confirmation letter once booked and will be required to carry this with your photo ID (passport or Driver's license) for identification purpose during check-in at the resort. If you do not have the correct ID, you may be refused entry to the resort.

2. The accommodation is offered on a "first-booked, first accommodated" basis and at certain periods of the year we have very limited space so please ensure you place your request as soon as possible to avoid any disappointment.

3. The confirmed booking is dependent on your attendance at a special presentation during your stay with us. This will take a minimum of 2 hours and will be arranged by one of our Holiday Consultants once you have checked into the resort.

4. This offer is not dependant on you joining any club, or buying anything. There is absolutely NO OBLIGATION other than your attendance at a presentation as per the terms of the special promotion in which you participate.

5. All guests will be required to present a credit card upon check in for security purposes. Any damage or loss to the resort as a result of any actions of any guests will be charged to the guest. This deposit shall be returned on departure from the resort provided that the accommodation is in the same condition and state as at check-in. If no deposit is paid the Company reserves the right not to provide the confirmed accommodation.

6. A complimentary transfer from the airport or your hotel to our luxury resort will be organized for you by your Royal Experience travel consultant. Please confirm all your travel arrangements with your consultant at your earliest convenience

7. Fees. Accommodation is free of charge. Administration and handling fee of A$500 per room for seven nights. Your stay may be extended for an additional seven nights for and extra A$500. Maximum two adults per room. All other costs (travel, food, etc) will be payable by yourselves.

8. Booking fees are non-refundable. However, we will permit an alteration to the dates of your initial booking if required providing you notify us 28 days in advance of expected arrival.

9. Check-in is at 15.00. Check-out is 11.00

10. To qualify for the Royal experience you should be married or living together as a couple for a minimum of 2 years. The male partner should be in the age range 30-65 and in full time employment.

11. The Company reserves the right to offer alternative accommodation other than those already displayed on this website. However, all accommodation provided would be of a very high standard.

12. You should not book any flights prior to receiving your booking confirmation letter.
